Why? Its also not a texture pack. Its a single texture. Perhaps there should be another section for individual texture on the site, but there isn't so I suggest that you add this texture to a texture pack you've made. Maybe make a collab pack with your friend and then have any random stuff like your cow moon there.

On a lighter note, You should maybe make the ENTIRE moon the Cow's face? It would look a lot nicer
