sorry for the late reply, I rarely visit this site anymore lol. You can just activate this pack in your global resources. Everyone can't see your elytra except you.

Press the download button then wait for 6 seconds then a SKIP button will appear in the top right

wen u press the pack, there will be a cog icon. press the cog icon and the slider will pop up
