and all you have to do is drop it in the resource pack file

how do u install it :( i tried opening the .rar file with 7zip and put the folder into the resource pack folder and it doesnt work. is it in a texture pack form rather then resource pack form or something? :o if there is a way to fix it can u plz do it or tell me how ( depending on what needs to be done)?
