Although I dislike your texture pack, If it really is your first, it's decent. But dreadfully simple. Also, to fix the White/Black issue, just use any good image editor and add transparency. Bada-Boom.

Shall I use photoshop or sumopaint? At the moment I make it in paint because I don't have any others yet.
