Completely revamped the texture from the old one to make it look much better.

Minecraft needs this Creeper. Fans don't want more explosive mobs. But what if they were helpful? When a Creeper explodes it follows BRV. Normally you use dirt to build homes, but there is an issue with that, it only has a blast resistance of 3 so creepers can easily destroy it. Or just cobblestone, its has more blast resistance. Exactly but what if they added an Ender Creeper none of these values would matter. Bro an Ender Creeper? Listen. When is explodes, it'l teleport anything in its radius. How is that helpful? You'll will be able to tame it and use it to teleport across the map. It will drop Ender Dust, which you can use to craft Ender Tnt. Oh, will that destroy bedrock.
