You should make Birch Wood the type of wood that is on trees when Bill enters the mindscape to make a deal with Gideon in the episode Dreamscapers. It would be AWESOME.

hmmm... not a bad idea... but it'd kinda be weird since the wither is already bill, but i guess could make the ender dragon look like that one form he had in the series finale ( the form with all the tongues) i'll sleep on it...
