hey!
this pack brings back the legendary emerald tools and armor, but as netherite instead.
nobody made this yet, so i did.

changes:
- netherite tools and armor are now "emerald" tools and armor (plus, debris is weird nether emerald ore)
- actual emerald ore, item, and block are now ruby to avoid confusion
