These tridents come in 6 different styles selectable as sub-packs of your choice. Default Style, Black Style, Diamond Style, Gold Style, Iron Style, Netherite Style.

If you go to submissions, then "edit" the denied submission, You get an admin message saying why it was denied (yeah it's not easy to notice)
