I'm not an expert on this, but I bet you did forgot to save the png correctly or messed up something with the transparent thingy of the png file.

Anyway what did you changed exactly?
I tried to figure out but didn't managed.
Furthermore the picture of the soooo awesome big blue ore-thingy may misslead to make the users to think you'll draw in that way, but seems .. not.

Anyway I'll keep track on this, who knows.

Well, what a piece of shit made in paint, the flowers background isn't even transparent its a white background and the flower look awful
