It is a very short but sweet texture.

plant a mushroom, then use bonemeal on it to grow it. I don't know why this has anything to do with this texture pack?

Well to make a texture pak you need to make a ZIP file and drag all the folders from .minecarft (%appdata%) but without the class files just folders and three extra PNGs. Then you get a editig program like paint or photo shop (I prefer photo shop) Then you edit the stuff all you want and your done, if you want to use the texture pack go back to the .minecraft folder and go to texture packs then you have to drag your ZIP file (The texture pack) into the texture packs folder and name it what you want.Then open up minecraft and go the the thing that says mods and texture packs and it should be there. Hope that helps :)
