Clouds are a pain in the ass.

Especially when you're building tall stuff, or want to get a good birds-eye view of your map!

So use this No Clouds Texture Pack and solve this problem.

How to install:
Click 'Download'
Place in Desktop or whatever
Open MC and click on 'mods and texture packs' in the main menu
Click on 'open texturepacks folder'
Close MC
Drag 'No Clouds' file into texturepacks folder
Open MC and select the texture pack
Play and enjoy!

When using optifine 1.9.4 there is no option to turn clouds off, lol noobs

Yes, clouds are a pain, but instead of installing a texture pack I would just go to options and TURN THEM OFF

You no it is easyer if you go to the texture pack and remove the clouds file
