If not working for short grass (at least for me in 1.21), do this: "No grass" folder -> "assets" -> "minecraft" -> "textures" -> "block" -> rename the "grass" png image to "short_grass"

With this I also made short grass invisible

I can see this as a fun harmless troll to pull on someone, but I would definitely use a mod that doesnt generate grass instead of a texture pack that removes it. Good attempt though 👍
