In Minecraft 1.16.2, an option called Distortion Effects was added. When turned off, a green overlay shows when you have the Nausea effect. This pack removes that overlay, so when you have Distortion Effects set to Off, there are no effects of Nausea.

The vignette (which doesn't only happen in the dark) is not removed by this pack. If you want that, though, check out this pack.
