    Installation:
    • Download the .zip file
    • Drag and drop into the .minecraft/resourcepacks folder
    • Select the texturepack in-game via the Options menu

    Many reasons, for example you don't like seeing capes or you are making custom capes with particles and don't want vanilla ones to interfere

    yeah you can remove the cape in the skin selector.So do it now becouse you can do what this texture pack do but without it.

    You can remove your own cape in the skin selector, but you cannot stop seeing capes on other players. That is what this texture pack does.
