OBSCURE is a relatively basic upcoming texture pack that gives the player a trance-like, almost holographic feel of the game, while still retaining the Minecraft look.

Automatic Installer! Hassle-free installation. (Any problems just post in a comment)

Experience a surreal world; it feels like Minecraft but there's always that small, nearly unnoticeable difference. It's about comfort. You know it's Minecraft. It's just... not. Almost like you're in a dream or an illusion...

I'd love to check it out. Can you provide a zip file, though? I am using Ubuntu and don't want to install proprietary software just to convert it back...

Could you please provide a link where we can manually install the texture pack?

I can assure it's absolutely safe. You can scan it with any software you like, it's only a resource pack. If you want you can change the installation path to Documents or something and install it manually like that.

you should provide an texturepack.zip download and not just an risky executable file who you named "autoinstall".

It is not named Autoinstall, it's named InstallObscure.msi. It isn't risky. It always astonishes me how many people think viruses are common. People need to realize that viruses are incredbily rare, unless you visit the weirdest of websites every day. And if you do, it's 90% of the time adware which is easily removed by software such as Hitman Pro (which I recommend above all others to getting rid of any virus, it finds things all other softwares miss). Kaspersky, Trend Micro, Malwarebytes, Norton, all useless compared to Hitman Pro. Kaspersky and Norton are freaking viruses themselves; they pop up all the time and annoy the hell out of everyone.

omfg, an program don't need to be "infected" in order to be dangerous. an executable file can execute commands, commands can mess up an pc, a command is not a virus.

I wasn't saying that. I said viruses are very uncommon unless you visit the weirdests of websites on a daily basis.
