The theme of the TexturePack is Halloween, that's why it has the name of OctoberPack, the TexturePack changes the following: Armor, Items, blocks, sky, Mobs, etc.
The TexturePack has a resolution of 128x128 and higher.
The TexturePack in Minecraft Bedrock is compatible from version 1.16 to the most recent, while in Minecraft Java it is only compatible with versions x1.8, x1.20 & x1.21
