In 1.14, Jappa Boerstra (The person who makes most of Minecraft's textures), made radical changes to netherrack. Before, it was recolored cobblestone to a flesh-y color with red streaks and dark red outlines. In 1.14 however, this was changed to simply be a reddish-maroon color. This is a lot easier on the eyes, but some still prefer old netherrack.
That's where this pack comes in. It makes netherrack have similar flesh tones to old netherrack, with the very dark red gaps. The stones also have little red marks around the edges, similar to the streaks in original netherrack. It also changes the nether ores and both types of nyliums' sides to match the changed netherrack texture.

I upped the contrast on the nether rack pebbles a little bit so it looks less plastic, and slightly more faithful.
