If the only thing that you have changed so far is the creeper, then you are violation of the texture pack posting rule which states: Do Not Upload -Single Texture Edits (Rain, 1 Item, 1 Mob, Etc).

sorry i think its too easy to make i mean i would need 30 secs to recolor a skin (or creeper.png) via gimp.
