My packs will come compressed in a zip file for an easier download (compressed files take less space) and better overall organization.

One common mistake Minecraft players do is trying to install the resource packs without extracting the files first, so the game cannot read what’s inside the zip file, therefore the pack doesn’t show up in the list of available resource packs.

I've uploaded a first attempt at a bedrock version, but I don't have a way to test any bedrock packs at the moment, as I only have a Mac computer. Bedrock won't work on it. If I can do this pack, I most likely can also port my Shimmering Ores pack as well.

it worked,I also think you can port your pack of shimmering ores, but I think that it will not be possible to make them glow in the dark, since currently the shaders in bedrock stopped working in version 1.18.31, it was when the render dragon was implemented and I think that a way to make them shine with the render dragon has not yet been discovered.
But they would still have the animation 😅

Yeah, since everyone so far says the amethyst one worked, I'll probably start work on the shimmering ores one, but yeah, without the emissive textures.

Ok ok, I see that you have tried to port your packages to bedrock edition and I must tell you that this can definitely be ported to bedrock too, you just need to know about flipbook textures, here is a perfect video If you need it :)
