Automatically implements the XBR scaling algorithm onto a resource pack.
Designed as a utility to create addons for VanillaXBR.

It takes any resource pack, and upscales it. PMC decided to add a character requirement for descriptions, but they ask not to spam.
I have no idea what else to say about this.
