Changes:
Tweaked the Oak, Spruce, Dark Oak and Acacia sign textures.
Fixed the sign "leg" from being not quite pixel perfect.

EDIT: Nevermind, realised it's Optifine only and not everyone will have that lol. I wish Minecraft had a vanilla way to change the sign model.
