A texture pack that is made by taking pictures of real life objects and adjusting the resolutions. The photography texture pack is a very hard texture pack to make. Shrinking a 800x700 photo to 16x16 means lots of retrys and time put in to it to get the very best picture for the item/block. Its time to try to make a texture pack a new way.

Note: 3/4 of the photos used in this pack are taken by me.

Because of my 128 version I am going to only finish up the terrain. Unless requested I will not finish the rest of the pack.

Currently I'm using photoscape. Otherwise I'm going to be using photoshop to edit animals, items, etc. All you do is take the default minecraft photos and put them in a zip file and edit. I will explain it on mumble tomorrow if you want.

I'd love to try it in HD, not sure how. I'll post some more pictures too. Good idea on the animals obliviousbuilder. Sure thing ill check out your texture pack. Thanks for the feed back. I'm getting a trial version of Photoshop to make this a little easier.

with animals you maybe could take pictures of them, rotate them, and sort of resize to make each side work... or just for example for a cow take a pic of a cow hide, and put different parts of the pic in then add the udder and face. i love the idea! can you please check out my tex pack?
