Last update:

Stone brick, kept the default look.

To download the pack:

1) If you have not patched the game for HD textures with MCPatcher, Optifine, or similar, go here and download MCPatcher:

www.minecraftforum.net/topic/232701-100-11w50aupdate-1216-mcpatcher-hd-fix-230-01/

2) Use that program to patch minecraft for HD textures.

3) Download the texture pack by clicking the link to the right. Find the .zip file and drag it into

C:UsersUSERAppDataRoaming.minecrafttexturepacks

(for PC anyways, I don't know about macs)

4) Go into minecraft, switch to my pack, and play the game!

- Thanks to Ovo and his rustic texture pack for the inspiration for not only the stone but giving me the idea to make a higher resolution than 16x pack.

- swagpigion for motivation, the name, suggestions and er.... being in the credits!

Ramblings:

This pack was created using Paint.NET, a free and powerful image editing software. I used a twist plugin (I can't remember the author) for smoothing, believe it or not. I didn't actually use it for twisting images but the anti-aliasing worked even if the twist was 0. I used it because it smoothed the image less than blurring, which was perfect for a small picture. Otherwise, I used the pencil tool and the noise effect, which comes with the default download of Paint.NET. The first block I made was the stone. I liked it a lot, and so did my friend swagpigion so I went on with it. Please, if you don't like a block, say so in the comments so I can see what I can do! Also, my advice to you if you are thinking about making a texture pack is try to keep it your own work. Don't use downsized images or textures, especially in smaller resolutions. Most importantly, make sure to keep updating your pack! (I might become a hypocrite for that last sentence)

P.S. I'm thinking on adding support for IC2 and BuildCraft eventually.
