I really love how it looks, absolutely beautiful but for some reason it does not show in my texturepack folder, and i have no idea why. Maybe you could help me why? And again such amazing creation by you :))

Maybe try unzipping the pack. When you unzip, and you open it, there might be another folder that is named "Pixie Wings - Cottagecore Elytras". Copy and paste that folder into your resource pack folder.
