mules are motorbikes, more specificaly the crf 450, the old model (honda titan 150) is included in the files and if you know how to edit the texture pack you can add it but the crf 450 is the default motorbike, there is also an experimental replace for horses, a yamaha yfz 450 quadbike


pd: some planes aren´t finished yet so if you see a plane with texture bugs don´t worry, it´ll be fixed soon. you just have to hold the renamed firework rocket while flying with the elytra, you can also put the renamed rocket in an item frame to have the plane on the floor
