With this small and simple pack you will be able to transform your skin into a ghast.
How to achieve it:
1- Unzip the file you've downloaded.
2- Open the folder called "Player-Ghast".
3- Go to: assets > minecraft > optifine > cem.
4- Replace the "skin" texture with your own skin, keeping the "skin.png" name.
