I didn't looked really deep into it, but it seems like you made a different model for each one of the cards instead of using one general model and only changing the texture (Since they all work the same way)

Hey, cool pack! Just wanted to let you know that it doesn't work, though (unless you do some tweaking). I found that in the [card_name]_en.properties, you listed a line as "items=minecraft: paper", instead of "items=minecraft:paper". The space between the ':' and the 'paper' made it so it doesn't work. Would be great if you could fix that.
