PoPoLoCrois is resource pack with 16x16 blocks and 32x32 items. The items are a mixture of 32x faithful, while the blocks are from paper cut-out and one other pack that I don't know the name of. It would be nice if anyone knows what pack it is, to comment it below so I can give credit.
