Positive potions:

Night Vision - Opening and closing eyes
Invisibility - The vanishing creeper
Jump Boost - Up arrows
Fire Resistance - Particles of the flame
Speed - Diamond boots
Water Breathing - Bursting bubbles
Instant Health - Particles of the instant potions
Regeneration - Red hearts
Strength - Iron swords
Luck - Green particles of the end rods
Slow Falling - Feathers

Negative potions:

Slowness - Snails
Instant Damage - Breaking dark hearts
Poison - Particles of poison effect
Weakness - Breaking bones

Other potions:

Turtle Master - Snail and shield
