How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

USE OPTIFINE FOR BEST RESULTS

  This pack was made to mimic that of older Minecraft, (pre-1.14 with some beta elements to be precise) and give some fellow veteran players a feel of early Minecraft without having to go back to 2011!

Nonetheless, enjoy the pack and whatnot!

How to download pack:

1. Download Pack using the download button above.
2. Open Minecraft from the launcher if not open.
3. Navigate to the options menu and select the "Resource Packs..." from the menu that pops up.
4. Open up your filesystem (Finder, File Explorer, etc.) then navigate to your downloads folder where "Programmer Art Pro.zip" should be located.
5. Go back to Minecraft and select "Open Resource Pack folder" and a new Finder or File Explorer window will appear.
5½. (Optional: Unzip the file)
6. Drag the file (or folder if you unzipped it) to the "resourcepacks" folder that popped up, or straight into the Minecraft window.
7. Voila! Your resource pack is installed!

There was another resource pack called old new vanilla that did kind of a bad job on the nether textures but you nailed it

Great texturepack! I wish the nether's colors were more muted though. I mean I don't remember old minecraft having such saturated reds and cyans...

hello i installed this pack because i thought that the words in the menu when you hover over the button would be yellow like they were before 1.15 because in the second image the words look yellow but when i installed the pack the words were still not yellow could you add this please
