Yes it is, It's a bedrock texture pack, just open in minecraft. Activate it, open a creation thing, press the button and craft!

No, it's not a texture pack, you clearly don't know what that really is, this is an bedrock addon, addons allow for function changes and custom entities, or a button to craft things for you.
A texture pack on the other hand, is only capable of changing textures, texture packs are only capable of changing how the game looks.

Incorrect. Minecraft Bedrock has 3 Classifications, behavior, resource and addon. Resource packs can have functionality and can even use some basic parts of the script API. They don't mess with the games functionality or anything on servers. Everything is handled on the client. The button is purely visual and uses minecraft client side functionalities to achieve a desired result. Planetminecraft does not have a separate section for bedrock resource packs and setting it as an addon would put people under the impression that it only works on servers that add an addon. Hopefully I cleared everything up.

There's a problem with this here, you said that resource packs don't mess with the game's functionality, but you also said in the description "you can craft everything you need in the click of a button! This works for every creation based thing, even villagers!!" How can you craft villagers with a resource pack? Bedrock resource packs may be able to do some amazing stuff, but that just isn't one of them.
