Okay, after several tries to upload this, and failing each time because hurpderp IE9 is mentally challenged, here it is.
This pack changes your rain from boring blue to a much more colorful thing. It rains down nearly the entire colour spectrum (loljk). It does have a bunch of colours atleast.
It also changes the particles from blue to again, a much more colourful experience.
