This was a failed experiment to try and get 1.12's water back into modern versions. What I did get was this, and honestly, I still think it looks pretty cool. This requires OptiFine, as it edits 1.13's water colormap, but you can also use the fabric/quilt mod Colormatic. Due to how this pack was made, this SHOULD be completely biome independent, so you get a uniform water color no matter where you are.
Before you ask, yes, this should work on any version past 1.12.2, that includes 1.16.5 and 1.19.x
