This is a cool idea/pack, I'll definitely be trying it out. Good Job!

Edit:
some suggestions, have you thought about making the cables glow in the dark using emissive properties? Also, I think the Redstone dust entity texture could use a new texture to match the cables--maybe the cable texture or the 4-way cable?

Overall a solid pack to be sure
