    Adds a two (So far)useful utilities like:

    Better repeater stages so it is easier to mass check repeaters if they are on the right stages.

    Better comparators doesn't help much just is a nice feature.

    Please comment what I should add (but not better observers or hoppers, those have been made)

    Huh. It's kinda cool, but don't the Redstone torches already indicate both delay and mode? No offense, I like the textures. But there isn't really a point. Perhaps what you should do is improve blocks that have no indication of when they're activated from an unusual angle, such as targets, dispensers, droppers, pistons, etc.

    I think it's to tell from above in cases where there are so many repeaters or something it's difficult to tell.
