- golden_sword > Golden Pipe (why not)
- diamond_sword > Pipe Wrench (From HL:OF)
- netherite_sword > Crowbar (From HL2)

- stone_axe > Socket Wrench (Alyx's hl2 beta Weapon)
- iron_axe > Ice Axe (From HL2 Beta)
- golden, diamond and netherite axes > Wrench (From TF2)

- totem_of_undying > Medkit (From HL2, sounds also changed)
- spyglass > Binoculars (From HL2 beta)

I doesn't work with 1.21.10 the HUD, and I tried both versions its still doesn't work.

technically you can play with this on 1.21.10+, because items replacement by the pack is same
