Rust is a texture pack that aspires to give Minecraft an aged feel to it while still being vibrant and interesting.

While the tone and designs for the textures may vary from the original game, ultimately my goal is to keep builds made with Rust look just as good as they would be in vanilla.


This texture pack will always be a work in progress, as Minecraft continues to grow and evolve.

If you'd like to use any of the textures for any reason, please contact me.

Building's shown in pictures were created by me.

Please take the time to read this note. Rust was inspired by the extremely successful Painterly pack created by Rhodox with some help from others. It would be great if you'd take the time to look at the Painterly pack's website and support the original pack.

For some reason, the compass textures aren't loading.

That's because I currently don't have compass textures done for the Java version of this pack, I made some for the bedrock edition resource pack so i'll be sure to include them in the 1.13 update for the java Rust pack!

my only complaint with the pack is the beacons i wish they were less space age and more modern

What do you mean by space age? Beacons have been a bitt of a challenge for me in designing something that fits into my theme. i really appreciate your feedback!
