i made it not to difficult but it is very bright and colourfull.
the swords are more slim and shorter then the default other then that the changes are not to drastic
i changed the menu two, and also added some different sounds for;
the bow, the creeper explosions, the placing and braking of wood and stone etc.
i also made some small changes to the looks of the mobs themself (just made them more... simple)
