Remade the model and honestly feel a lot happier with it.
You can find a copy of the old model inside the file and if you don't want it you can delete it or leave it there.


Notes

- You need Optifine
- Keep in mind shadows and hitboxes will remain the same
- I haven't added any textures for when the bee is angered or for when it has pollen

-Shape is different and more detailed
-Wings are bigger with a different shape
-Legs are angled differently
-Old model was about 6 pixels long and this one is about 8 pixels

This is taking me longer than expected, today I learned how to make animations properly (when you convert to bedrock entity You only get cubes and bones)
I hoping to have it ready on the next days :)
