Stone (Updated so doesn't have darker edges)

Sand
Cactus
Coal
Water
Lava
Wool
Logs (Except Jungle logs)

Maby you need to make them more fit.. you see a line of when it is a block etc.
They need to smooth in eachother! ;)

*Just a tip* - I suggest trying to make the tiling of dirt and grass look more natural and smooth, but other than that, good job!
