I know this isnt technically a "Mod" but it doesnt come with any different textures so... does it matter? :3

HOW TO DOWNLOAD:
1. Go Into .minecraft
2. Go into bin
3. left-click then right-click minecraft.jar
4. select "Open With"
5. select winrar/7zip
6. go into the environment folder
7. delete snow.png and drag in the new snow.png
8. GO PLAY MINECRAFT AND WAIT FOR IT TO SNOW!!! :D
