Made for players like me who like the default look of minecraft, but would like a fresher feel to it.
Originally, it was the moderncraft texture pack. But I edited a little, added a couple other textures from different packs, and a little of my own. This has been a work in progress texture pack since 1.7, and was private to just me and my friends. But I figured that since me and my friends had such fun with it, I bet others would too. So I got 'Mycraft', of course, not the most original name, nor because everything in here is mine, but it is my own take on the infinite world of minecraft and I would like to share it with many.
One thing my texture pack does above the rest is that it is purely for fun with friends as well as being serious enough to still be able to play the game how it is. Some notable features people might like are:
-Sponges are reskinned as hazzard lines.
-Smoothstone is actually smooth and ironically less 'blocky'
-Retextured armor: Leather Being a Tuxedo and Shades; Iron being, well, Iron Man; Gold being a military suit (requested by a friend); chain being a Creeper outfit (scare your friends! >:D); and Diamond being the ever so awesome Gir!
-Portal Cake (no lie)
-Paintings of some of my own personal artwork irl with some textures to hide secret entrances
-And much more! Huzzah!
I do not claim to be the creator of every texture in this pack, but it is simply a compilation of good 16x16 textures that all work well together. Please do comment or pm me if you have any concerns, know of any original authors, or would maybe put in a request for anything you'd like changed to add more fun with your friends!
