[NEW MAJOR UPDATE]
IF YOU ARE A PLAYER ON MY SERVER PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE LATEST UPDATE,
WITHOUT THIS UPDATE THE NPC'S WILL LOOK LIKE THE DEFAULT PLAYER SKIN.
Also added new armor for my NPC's to use as class seperation....

ALL PLAYERS DOWNLOAD THE LATEST TEXTURE, THE PORTAL HAS BEEN CHANGED TO BLUE!!! LET ME KNOW THAT YOU THINK, I WILL TWEEK IS AS TIME GOES ON AND TRY TO GET IT TO BE WAVY...
Installing HP Texture Pack Mod will be required to see the blue portal, but not necessarily to use the rest of the texture pack. - Download Link
This is a very modern texture pack for my Atlantis Server.
Very Natural Water look even at the original resolution
You will notice that the Glowstones are now Lights and torches are very modern lights too.
I modified wool to fit different areas inside my server (computers, lockers, and such)
New GUI Edits, Not all done but you can get an idea of what the finished product is.
[NOTE] - Even though this texture pack has the NPC's skin edit, it will not require any special mod loaders ;)
