Updated the creeper model and textures
Changed pack name and description a bit
NEW STUFF!!!!: Added custom texture for charged creeper, updated creeper head, changed painting texture, and added spawn egg texture!
And added new animations for the creepers idle, walk, and exploding (2 variants for exploding ingame, but subtle)
