Only if you state in the texture pack description the following information:

1. The full name of my Texture Pack as listed on Planet MineCraft: T42's HD Texture Pack.

2. A description of what is used from my texture pack. For example GUI, Items, Terrain Blocks etc.

3. A link back to my Texture Pack here on Planet Minecraft.

If you are not willing or able to to do the above then please remove content created by me from your texture pack or use your texture pack for personal use only. In future it's a good idea to ask before using someone else's textures in something you plan to publicly distribute. Thanks.
