What is Summer but cuter ?
Summer but cuter is indeed summer-themed ; it features brand new, cute textures for all 16 glazed terracotta blocks. It matches my larger colored blocks pack : Lovely Colors.
It also features some code which make the opposite sides of the glazed terracotta blocks have the same texture orientation, while preserving the ability to rotate those blocks. And it's 100% vanilla, no need for Optifine !
Summer but cuter is the spiritual successor of one of my oldest packs : Summer fun patterns.

"What version of the game is this for ?"
This pack works in any version since 1.16.2 ! You just need to ignore Minecraft's "incompatibility" warning (if there's any) and enable the pack anyway.

"What are these mini-blocks ? Are they part of the pack ?"
These are actually custom heads, they're available in vanilla if you have commands/cheats enabled !
I make my own custom heads, but I've also used some found on Minecraft-Heads. You can find most of my custom heads on Minecraft-Heads, or on this account (check my blog posts).

No ; the wool and terracotta blocks, as well as the carpets, come from my Lovely Colors texture pack.
The main texture pack in the previews is Lithos, but most of the plants are from Nature V (now called Nature X).

"Will there be a Bedrock port ?"
So far : no, as my main tool for converting packs from Java to Bedrock was discontinued. Without it, the Java to Bedrock conversion is even more cumbersome, and I have a lot on my plate as is.
Moreover, I do not know if the "opposite sides match in texture orientation" code can be recreated in Bedrock, as I am not very knowledgable on the mechanics and formatting of the Bedrock Edition.

"What shader did you use ?"
I used Pastel Shaders for all of the previews here, though I heavily customized the options available, rather than using a premade setting, so you will not have the exact same results as me.
