you can use forge to make your own mod pack or lunar, badlion or any other client which all have mods in them, The breakdown has a good video on how to install and use forge https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-3dlZsB0dw (it says 1.16.5 but is the same for any version btw) hear is the link for lunar client: https://www.lunarclient.com/download/ which is the client I recommend if you decide to use a client
