The Cave, edits all the things in the Nether, the mobs, sounds, blocks and items. Names is also edited to make the Nether into a new dimension.

The Things in the nether is now unsaly called "old", so its "Old Zombie", "Old Stone", you get it. the mobs are also diferent, like the pigman is now a more damaged zombie and the blazes are Ghosts. the gast is a old "Clockwork Defender", its like a big flying robot with custom skin and sounds.

The netherportal is now black and makes a new sound.

I just have one comment, the title is confusing. When I first read it I thought it was a resource pack for a mod. I also don't understand why you put "(Mod)" in the title in the first place.

Not 100%, it's "Old Sand", its darker and tilted 90*
