Apologies for not replying sooner. I tested it in 1.19.2 with Optifine (Custom Entity Models = ON) and it worked fine. Can you tell me what the problem is?

the center of the chest is transparent and portions of the hat are garbled, like the model isnt matching the texture.

My sister once saw this thing once we were kids. Still spooks me to this day because I'm pretty sure she never even heard of the how hatman legend but saw anyway so is not just some case I can brush off as someone lying on the internet for attention. I always wondering what is the deal with this thing, my best guess is somehow the human blind spot taking some familiar form because pareidolia, still is very spooky :3
