No, I just don't use torches. I just set the light level to max and act like I can see stuff. :P

This pack seems to be too much like default to me. The sword blades look too wide, and rather flat. While I like default and all, there doesn't look like a whole lot was changed to me. I mean, I notice a difference, but it's default still. I would recommend you try making them look different. Try to make the blocks resemble something other than default. There are hundreds of these packs. If you make yours stand out, I think it'll gain more attention.
